Delicious and Guilt Free Holiday Cooking and Eating–Part 1 of 2

Holidays are always a challenge when it comes to cooking and eating. We’ve got wonderful, traditional foods that we love to make and enjoy only to find ourselves feeling over-stuffed, unhealthy and guilty by New Year’s Day. This two-part workshop will help you navigate through the end of the year, inspiring you to find new ways to celebrate with food that you love and that loves you back.  We’ll discover how to bring in peace, health, and joyful eating by creating new traditions with the bounty of yummy and nutritious foods that are available to us. Now’s the perfect time to get on the path to your healthiest life ever! Having two workshops devoted to this topic is a great way to get continued support and ideas throughout the whole season.

The first part of this mini-series workshops is Sunday Nov 12th at 3:30 pm and the second part will be on Sunday December 3rd at 3:30 pm.

If you haven’t been to one of these workshops, come find out what we do. Together we learn, share, discuss, inspire, cook, eat and make new friends!

After you RSVP, you will receive an email with directions and the address. Please email me if you don’t receive that.      [email protected]
There is a $10 donation that is collected that day to cover meetup dues, handouts, materials and the food.  These spots go quickly, so RSVP soon and feel free to bring a friend, just include them in your RSVP:
See you on Sunday, November 12th  at 3:30 pm!
